1. Please make sure that your trash cans are not visible from the street, and removed from the curb the day of trash pickup.

2. Contact the Architectural Control Committee before making any changes to your property.

3. Please remember to pick up after your pet and keep your pet safe by walking them on a leash.

4. Let’s minimize street parking especially on both sides of the street.

Please, please, remember that the speed limit is 25 mph. Remind your visitors, family and friends.

1. Notices go out by December 31st and are late after January 31st.
2. Dues are $150 per year and $175 after January 31st.
